This product is a water dispersant of caprolactam-blocked methylene diisocyanate, a non-toxic adhesion promoter, used in the bonding process of rubber and textiles. Caprolactam-blocked methylene diisocyanate is now widely used in the treatment process of polyester cords and other reinforced fabrics (such as conveyor belts, etc.).

Product Description

Purpose:

Used in the treatment process of polyester cord and other reinforced fabrics (such as conveyor belts, etc.)

Packing:

Plastic barrel (200kg), container barrel (1000kg), liquid bag or tank (20000kg)

Transportation:

During the transportation of this product, it is strictly forbidden to avoid strong impact, direct exposure to rain and snow, and no exposure to the sun. The transportation temperature is 1-40°C.

Storage:

This product should be sealed and stored in a ventilated, dry, non-corrosive gas warehouse to prevent sunlight and freezing, and keep away from fire and heat sources. The best storage temperature is 5-35°C, and the shelf life is 6 months under good storage conditions.
